Atkins with cheating
Okay, I've been doing the Atkins for a few weeks, and ther ehas been some sheating involved (nothing terrible). Here's the question. I'm entertaining a friend from England, and I KNOW that I'll be cheating with her here (with all the places she *has* to go while she's here, etc). Is it better for me to just forget about it until she leaves, or should I just keep going WITH the cheating? I keep thinking that if I keep going with the cheating, it'll just mess up my chances for when I go back to it, fully. On the other hand, I would be at least getting fewer carbs in SOME respect if I just work on it with the cheating. Thoughts, comments? Help???
