CLA users....Robbit??
I have just received my bottle of CLA. I follow a low fat/cal diet. Although I do get a good amount of cheese in my diet. Do you think this is going to make the CLA use pointless? (Since it's supposed to be a supplement of a fatty acid mostly found in cheese and red meat which most people cut out whil dieting....)I don't cut those foods out, I just make sure I don't go over my calorie allotment when I eat them. Although, I very rarely eat red meat anymore. Maybe once a week if that.
Also, the bottle says to only take one capsule daily and it seems everyone else is taking 3. It is the GNC Tonalin brand 1000mg.
Any advice would be appreciated
