Yes, I felt gross too..then AP suggested that I up my calories because they were too low..I also added more veggies even though you arnt really supposed to..mostly zucchini.
I feel so much better now. It was like night and day.
P.s. I even snuck some fruit in..I made a shake with 1/2 c blueberrys, 3 strawberrys, and a atkins shake in a blender. mmm... I feel much better now?
