Hey all, this seems to help me out a bit so I'll start it off today!
Breakfast - Brownie Slim Fast Bar (I don't usually eat them but I was late this am so I grabbed one and mmmmmm it was SO good!!!)
Lunch - Salad with chicken and fat free dressing.
Snacks - Apple and Lit and Fit Yogurt.
Dinner - Chicken breast, cottage cheese(1/2 cup), 3 potatoe salad(1/2 cup), and a veggie!
