Travel...I hope you get a chance to get to naples. The drive alone will be worth it as you wind through the hills down next to the lake. Especially with the leaves changing. I drive through there a million times during the fall!! It's gorgeous! Have a terrific time, i can't wait to hear about it! It is pretty cool to think about someone we "know" from these boards coming so close to home! Have FUN!

Shel: You've never been to naples??!?! that's funny. In October they have some kind of arts and crafts festival...I'm not sure of the exact dates, but that would be a good time to visit for the first time! Lots to do and sooooooo pretty.
Im doing a low fat low carb low calorie diet and trying very very hard to stay around 800=1000 cals a day. I have been very good on it so far, just was alil bad today with that stinkin' mocha attack..lol

Shel and Autumn....I looked up Naples on the map and, sure enough, it is the little village that the travel documentary was about on the travel channel. They gave a segment about a lady there that makes and sells thousands of grape pies every day. Her mother helps her by rolling out the pie crusts. I decided then and there that I was sure going to look for a piece of grape pie while I am there...it is on the diet, isn't it? ha.
I went for a perm this morning, getting ready for the trip. It is almost funny to get on the tour bus and see all the curly heads and know all of them did the same thing.
If you happen to see a tour bus with the word "England" in big bold letters on the side, stop and ask for "Marie". The bus is not from England, it is the last name of the owner and driver. I go by the name of Marie mostly, but use Elizabeth when I don't want to confuse people. My name is Elizabeth Marie. Anyway, stop and say hello if you see us. I would love to show off to the other passengers by knowing someone in the area.
Andrea..I went to my docter today for my daughter, but I asked her about my diet and she said the same thing lol..Thanks.. she said 800 is way too low..especially to stay on that for a period of time.. thanks again
I feel alot better today! I followed the atkins diet a little more closely insted of the low low low stuff I was doing and I feel like I have alot more energy and I actually havent felt this good in days!! Thanks guys..I have consumed 1400 cals..I mad a shake with fresh bluberrys,3 strawberrys, a vanilla Atkins shake, a egg white, splenda packet, and almond milk..mmm it was really good and full of nutrients. earlier I had celery and 1 tblspn of PB, along with a Grapefruit (mayo dieters suggestion) I just added a lil variety to what I was eating..more fruit.
Whew..I have energy to write now..lol
