Here we go, day #2 everyone! WOOOHOOOOO, we're almost halfway done already - that's why I like doing this 3-day once in awhile... small goals!
I'm anxious to weigh myself when this is over. I think some of the weight I had gained over vacation was water weight, and even though AF is visiting, I can already feel that I've lost a little of that water weight again. My clothes are telling me so! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/t_up.gif

Boy, lunch time isn't coming quick enough today. I am SOOOO hungry right now! I did allow myself two pieces of licorice a little while ago for a snack (70 calories total). So I guess I cheated just a little, but not too badly. I'm gonna load up on some water right now in hopes that it will help put off the hunger for another hour.

HI - I'M HERE. DAY ONE WENT OK - I CHEATED WITH SOME TRAIL MIX IN THE AFTERNOON BUT THIS MORNING WAS DOWN 2 POUNDS FROM YESTERDAY MORNING. HAD BREAKFAST AND TRYING TO DRINK MY WATER - NO HUNGRY YET. CAN'T WAIT FOR THE COTTAGE CHEESE AND CRACKERS - I LOVE COTTAGE CHEESE.

Ewwwww, not me! I tried it before & just couldn't stomach it, so I substitute yogurt instead. I'm sticking pretty close to the menu, but have a couple of substitutions here & there - like I'm not having saltines, I'm having reduced fat Triscuits instead.
