I am 14 and I way a normal amount. I am not overweight or close to it. But, I am always embarrassed to wear a bathing suit or cute belly shirts, and do other things I want ot do because of my stomach! I am pretty skinny, but I have this extra fat on my stomach that I would really like to be gone. If anyone knows the fastest way to lose like 1-2 inches of just my stomach so I can have aflat stomach, it would be a lot of help!!
At 14, it's also possible your body is still holding onto "baby fat." If you're pretty skinny, it's too early in your development to obsess on one area being a little soft. The important thing is to determine what is healthy for **you** and not worry if one part of your body doesn't compare to the women on the cover of Cosmo.
just increase your water intake and exercise! you're so young and don't need to crash diet or anything stupid like that. I love pilates b/c of the way it tones everything up and if you do that 2x a week and cardio 3x you're on your way to being a healthy teenager.
