I just replied to you on the TG thread, but here's what I said:
There was a clip on the news last night where they were interviewing several people who own marinas on Lake Champlain. One guy sort of blew it off, but the other said that he's calling everyone who has boats at his marina, and recommending that they get them out of the water. He said that the last time a storm like this came thru (was it Hugo? I forget), every single boat at his marina was damaged, and some broke loose and ended up on nearby rocks.
I don't think homeowners up here need to worry about anything, just boat owners. And I'm not one of them, so I'm not gonna worry. But maybe I'll pretend it's bad here, so I'll have an excuse to curl up with a blanket, a movie and a snack and not feel guilty b/c I should be cleaning, doing laundry, exercising, etc! LOL, on second thought, I'd better just stick to being good, I guess. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
