Hi everyone! I'm really excited about posting here. I look forward to interacting with you all and being an encouragement to you and hopefully you will do the same. My present workout plan is 40 mins of cardio everyday and 3 days a week of weight training. I do about a half hour of the latter and 3 sets of 10 reps on each machine. If anyone can recommend any tips or point out any errors in my routine please feel free to respond.
I'm trying to lose weight only by eating right and exercise- no special diets. I'm trying to change my lifestyle and I don't want to lose all the weight at once, I want to lose it gradually so it stays off.
