I completely agree with Posie...Weight Watchers would never works for me, although I have a friend who is doing it and has lost a LOT. I just find that whole weighing and measuring portions is not my thing; it makes me feel too deprived. Atkins, on the other hand, I felt deprived for the first couple of days but thats getting a lot better. So I guess what works for one doesn't work for another... Good Luck!
