When I did weight watchers, my cravings were as bad as ever. It's a great diet for many people, just not me. My most recent effort with atkins has squelched my appetite and I'm losing steadily. Check it out. I know it gets a lot of bad press, but I think it's mostly from people who haven't really read the book and think it's nothing BUT protein and fat. The first 2 weeks are hard, but they are what get you into high gear.

Good luck!

I completely agree with Posie...Weight Watchers would never works for me, although I have a friend who is doing it and has lost a LOT. I just find that whole weighing and measuring portions is not my thing; it makes me feel too deprived. Atkins, on the other hand, I felt deprived for the first couple of days but thats getting a lot better. So I guess what works for one doesn't work for another... Good Luck!

Hi thanks I'm going to pick up the book on Atkins tomorrow and start I have some friends that are doing it and they are losing. It sounds like it would be easy and with the people doing it where I work I can ask them questions on what I can and can't have. If you posie or chimkunkis or anyone else can answer questions I have that would be appricated. I will let you know how it goes and thanks again.
