| | question -- is it ok??
I'm 21/f. I'm 5'3.5 and currently weigh 130lbs. I'm usually pretty active, i either go to the gym or play tennis. And I wear a size 6.
My question is if I want to lose a few pounds would 125lbs or even 120lbs be too low for me?? I don't want to be unhealthy. I mean if it's a healthy weight I would try to achieve it..
The reason I want to lose a few lbs is because a few years ago I used to play tennis competitively, so i worked out a lot more..and my lowest weight was then 124-125lbs. So it would be great to lose those 5've gained in the past few years. Do you guys think 120 or 125lbs is a healthy weight for a girl that's 5'3.5?
