everybody always says eating 3 meals a day on the same time is better than eating more small meals during a day, cuz your body gets used to the times it has to digest? or something? now here i keep reading about eating 5-6 small meals a day to increase your metabolism? so what is it??
I think it's different for everybody--it just your preference. As far as you body getting used to the times of digestion: your body will begin digestion anytime that there is food to do so----doesn't depend on the time of the day! As far as speeding up metabolism; several small meals a day is probably your best bet. Hope this helps!
There are only 2 ways to "natuarally" increase metabolism over the long term, and they are to eat or to exercise. So the more often you do either of those the better. Of course if you're going to eat more often you need to be extra careful about WHAT and HOW MUCH you're eating. Good Luck!

ok thanks and i do excercise as well, only i haven't been excercising since sunday, cuz i got a bit sick, but i will again on saturday, probably, well thanks about the info i guess ill just eat 5-6 small meals a day then
