What brand and potency of CLA are you taking and how often? Where did you buy them and what is CLA supposed to do- - help you lose weight fast??? I am very interested as all of a sudden my Metabolife has stopped working in fact nothing is working.

Hi , I bought my CLA at GNC/ its 1000 mg and I take 3 a day. It is supposed to help you lost the fat.
I have only been taking it for a week so have not seen any results yet. you want the CLA that has safflower in it. you should be able to find it easily do you have a gnc in your mall or near you.
