How did everyone do on the 3-day diet? I'm happy to say that I lost 4 pounds!
I know that part of that is probably water weight, but I'm sure that some of it is fat - even though I had a couple of small cheats on the diet, I exercised every day, which I haven't done for awhile.
Anyway, I'm happy to say that I'm back in the one-forty's now, and hopefully out of the one-fifties for good!
