Question about CLA
Hey, I'm 16 years old and weight about 160. Sounds fat, I kinda am but I'm not obease ya know? I just really woud like to get rid of my body fat like my love handles, stomach fat and chest and ya know all around. As of now, I've been skating a lot lately. I skateboard for about an hour a day and sweat craazy. Thing is I dunno if this is water, actually I know it is but I dont know if I'm burning off body fat. Plus I've been eating a lot of ceasar salad lately and I love it, so I wouldnt mind eating that and skating everyday since I love it. But my question is, what does CLA do exactly? Does it get rid of surface fat or what? Like what kind of results do people see when they are on this? And is it worth it? Thanks to anyone that helps.
