Post Thursday No-Cheat Workout Week

Good morning one and all... Are we ready for another day???I thought I would start the thread today since I got here first!
I am SO ready to get moving today... eating right and working out and NO CHEATING!!!
Everyone here??? Ready to go??? WOO HOO Let's get going, starting another day of SUCCESS!

Hi Chipmunkis!! I guess you're feeling better!! How's the strep?

I'm here!! I still have not cheated. And I did my 3-mile "walk away the pounds" tape this morning and with stretching and ab work I got in a complete one hour workout!!

Also, our work has an "at-work" Weight Watchers program and after seeing the success of some of my fellow co-workers, I grudgingly joined. I only say grudgingly because the leader is not motivating AT ALL. But at the point I need all the help I can get...

Just checking in and can't stay long, gotta get to the kids school in a few. Can't go to gym today so I'll do exercises at home this eve.

well, chris, I can honestly say that I am still sick, but I am just feeling so darned motivated and positive... can't recall a time in my life when I have been able to feel that way when sick. Come to think of it, I am nowhere near as sick as I would normally get, so I think all this is helping there too

chipmunkis, didn't I tell you to get better? LOL j/k of course! And good for you for keeping so motivated even while under the weather!

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday... life's general craziness attacked. But... I have been doing well. On the down side, I have been eating a lot of food, but on the upside, I have not eaten anything that is against my eating plan. (My plan doesn't specify how much you can only, only what you can and can't eat.) So I haven't cheated, and actually, eating more of the good foods has probably helped me not to eat the bad foods. Yay!

Haven't gone to the gym in a few days... I figure that when I get home too tired to walk, going to the gym will probably do me more harm than good. I don't want to wear myself down and get mono (every college student's fear, right?)

Hope y'all are having a good one. Boy, it sure is windy here is NYC! Stay safe all.

Hi everyone..
Missed ya all day long. I was feeling a bit ill most of the day..back is out and had a bad migrain..I am feeling better now..Im going to be up alot tonight as I had a 4 shot espresso at like 7:30 before watching Survivor..
Well..I will be back later...the baby is hollaring!!!
