Alot of people have had sucess with weight watchers on this board. But the closer you get to your goal weight the harder it is to lose. How tall are you? If you want to lose 20 pounds and your at 135 thats a pretty low weight unless your short? To find more on weight watchers do a search in the weight loss forum.
I personally gained 6 pounds in 6 weeks on Weight Watchers, but I'm weird. I weigh 147lbs. and I could have 18-23 points, which is the lowest amount. Good Luck!
Its a great diet! I messed up today, but for the most part I've been doing great with it! I love that you can have pizza every once and a while or a burger or whatever and not have to worry about it!
Hello -- I am new to this board. I am a lifetimer with WW. I had great success with the program. I lost 65 pounds in 7 months. I felt great for a long time but recently (4 months) I have added machines to my exercise routine (curves). According to the instructor I have lost inches but my clothes don't feel that way. Actually, my jeans feel a bit snugger then before I started using the machines. Has anyone ever experienced this? It is really making me feel blue.

hey lifetimer- you lost 65 pounds! thats awesome! how could you possibly feel blue about your body after that? Also, your muscle-build could be increasing with doing the machines--explaining why your pants feel tighter. Don't think of this as negative, because for one: your instructor most likely knows what she/he is talking about. And two: having muscle mass helps to burn fat even when you're not working out.
