Hi, gee these posts go fast. well its one of the girls birthday in here and she just gave me a big peice of choc birthday cake. I was only going to have one bite so I had 4 bites.
soooo goood.............
going for my walk now.

Good morning all! I am doing okay dieting, but DH has a birthday in a couple of days and mine is a few days after his. What is a birthday without birthday cake???!!!!!!! Anyway, I hope everyone is doing great. I will bbl. (((((everyone)))))
