Question CLA?
Thanks to Angel. Last night I got a bottle from GNC .It sais Optibolic CLA... ALC 1000 mg 60 Softgels.Each Capsule Contains CLA 1000mg.($29.99)
Is this the one? Because I hear verybody talking about CLA Tonalin.

yes...but it is interesting how the prices are all over the board..i know some of it has to do with sunflower vs. safflower but I just bought "optibolic CLA" GNC 1000mg 60 cap soft gels (they are huge!) and i paid $19.99 for them... are you in the US?

then others have bought GNC CLA 90gels for 24.99 so i dont know.... weird! i think that companies do all these different packages to throw people off..like we cant figure out unit prices or something...i dont know...

good luck with yours.. i have been taking mine for about 2 days now....

Hi Lila!! I think any kind of CLA works. But I bought Herbal Select from walmart with sunflower oil and safflower oil and it works for me!! I'm on day six now and I've lost seven pounds!! Yippyyyyyy!!!

Have you lost anymore weight? Are you on a diet? Which one if so. What exercise do you do. I just bought CLA today, and have taken 1 pill. How much do you take a day?

It stumps me how one person can lose a couple of pounds right away using cla and some of us (like me) have been using it for like 3 weeks with no notable difference! really makes you think about how our bodies react differently! I'm willing to trade mine with someone who is benefiting from cla already--LOL

Dont worry Jen it took me 3 wks too befor I lost anything with it. AP is just Special LOL ......
anyway I paid 25.00 at Rite aide for it. its gnc also. have to get some more tomorrow.
Have a good weekend. and hang in with the CLA it will work for you....

lol sue! actually i regained .6, but im still waitin 4 af.
