hi, i'm new here. i have a couple questions. i am 23 years old and i am pretty active. i have 2 jobs + i go to school so i rarely have time to slow down and do nothing.

i am 5'5" and i weight 145. i'm trying to lose about 10 lbs but no matter what i do i can't lose the weight.

i do exercise and i only eat one meal a day. if i eat any more than 1 meal a day on a regular basis i will gain weight or just stay the same. i don't over eat either and i don't eat anything that is high in fat or calories except for maybe once a week. i have about 800-1000 calories a day. what's up with this, why can't i lose any weight? anyone have any suggestions for me?
