I had the same prob, I would do great all day then it would be "snack time" the killer for me. I went to the grocery store and stocked up on popcorn(light), pretzels,grapes and Low Fat Frozen Yogurt. Now when I want to snack I have a little bit of variety. I found it the harest because my DH is also a snacker, but he seems to be able to eat what he wants and not gain a pound

so I had to practice willpower. Honestly it was difficult for the first 2 weeks but it got easier and I do not even crave the "unhealthy" snacks.
