Well I bought my new scale last night... And just as I feared it showed me as 2 pounds heavier than my other scale did! At least I have lost the same amount of weight since I actually started 2 pounds heavier than I thought I was.
I have done good this week eating wise. I worked out M,T,W for 25 minutes. I have been having rotten headaches yesterday and today so I didn't work out. I have been doing great with my diet and water consumption though so I don't feel too bad.
I will continue to watch my calories over the weekend and maybe even squeeze in a workout.
Maybe everyone should post their progress today? Or on Monday morning?
