Hey guys!

Have you seen the new lo carb snack bars from Slim Fast? They're like 2 or 3 carbs per bar...something like that...way way better than the reuglar bars they have. I found them at Walmart...near the atkins stuff. Cookies and cream was actually pretty good. Tomorrow I'm getting some more Keto bars, they are the reigning champ as far as I'mm concerned! Those plus apples plus celery are my new wedding diet!! hahaha I've gotta hurry up and lose the rest of this darn weight so I can start dress shopping!! yeaaaa!!

later!
Love,
Autumn

autumn you are too funny.

yre diet sounds like mine. do you eat tuna wh your celery? how bout egg whites? cheddar cheese? american? these re my staples. i also like the bh ham@ breakfast. i dont eat bars that much but i stuffed a handful in my suitcase in case im starving. ds doesnt keep sugar in the house& theyre not really brakfast eaters so i may be eating 1 of those every day wh 1-2 sl. toast. i also packed 1/2 doz. lc brownies in a pinch.

Thumbs down

Hi! Just checking in...I'm in a foul mood My nose hurts and I have to spray it every 15 min. for 2 days http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/dizzy.gif . And I have to avoid talking to anyone cause my breath is SOOOOO bad (sinus infection, yech)!
How EMBARASSING!

I'm depressed.

BUT, I'm doing good with my eating so there's something! I'm going to attempt exercise later today (if my sinus pain eases up)

EAS "Results" protein drinks = 90 calories, 2.5 fat grams, 3 grams carbs., and 15 grams protein. They are my friend.

I don't guess a baked potato is considered low carb! LOL....ate 1/2 of one last night...but I guess it would have been worse..I could have eaten the WHOLE thing! LOL

I'm gonna look for the protein drinks...where did you get them. Wonder if you can get them at WMart or GNC?

You can get protein drinks almost anywhere these days. There are even brands formulated for low-carb diets. I use Ketoshake---you can't buy it in a store though!

wow, CT, that's gotta be so hard. But I suppose if it's for health reasons, it would be easier not to cheat...Zero carbs is a tough one! You must be the greatest label reader in the world by now!! GOOD LUCK to you, and let me know if you need any encouragement!! I know you're going to do great!!

With Love,
Autumn
