ok, so where is everyone??? No takers on Day 3? I did well so far today and plan to stick to it until bedtime- no messing up today! It's funny, the one place I haven't messed up at all is in my workouts. My MIL was figuring that I was toast the other day because it was late in the day and I mentioned that I had yet to do my workout- I told her that I would get it in even if it meant doing it just before bed, and her reaction was "yeah, right". She felt that I would not have the motivation late at night. I told her about my exercise tracking chart that I check off each day, and said that it keeps me on track, because I SEE it and I would see if I had cheated... She still thought that no way would I actually get motivated that late at night. But I DID IT- did my full workout at about 11 pm. I am really finding that keeping a written record of my workouts keeps me going... Maybe I will try that for my eating too so that I have to look at it if I get tempted to cheat... HMMM not a bad idea.
