Does anyone know of any? I've been doing the Firm Cardio Sculpt 3-4 times a week and riding my stationary bicycle for 20-30 min. 2-3 times a week.
I've lost 8 lbs. but haven't noticed any difference in my stomach (and I am on a good eating plan too). I'm in my 4th week of doing this.
Btw I'm 132 lbs. and have like a 30-31" waist (yuk!)
So can anyone
please tell me any exercises for stomach fat? I'd be willing to try it
