I used extreme power plus about a year and a half ago and lost 22 lbs in 3 months and just watching my calories but not exactly following a diet. I like the fact that it did not make me feel jittery. What I did notice is that it recommended 2 a day. When the first one would wear off about mid-day I would get very tired. I found out I was pregnant, now have a 5 month old baby and thought I would try the fat-n-emy this time. It is the same thing with just a few things added.
