cla side effects ? - Weight Loss Message Board

Hi I have been taking the CLA for 2 wks. when I first started it I got Diah from it.
I told my boss and my friend who are both trying to lose weight about the CLA. they both bought it and both of them are getting diah from it. is anyone else getting this. mine stopped thank God.
My boss said this is a detox and cleans you out. does anyone know if this is true. I didnt think it was that.
any imput would be appreciated.

That's such a bummer that you are having that problem. Actually, when I started taking them, I had the opposite affect. I've been on them for over 3 weeks now, and every once in awhile, it happens again. Isn't that weird how it affects people so differently? I would have thought that it would give me your problem, becuase lots of other stuff does! Ahh!

I started them this week and it has already had the same affect as you Sar...strange how it works. I remember reading that someone said that it stopped them up and then a few days later they went ALL day.

I've been taking them for about a month now and I had an "episode" only once--chalked it off to a stomach thing! Haven't had any since. It probably just effects people in different ways!
