Post Day 5 No-Cheat Workout Week! Last day before the weekend!!

WooHoo! The last day of the week! We made it! How did everyone do? I can't say I was at my best, but I didn't really mess up either. I exercised faithfully and even added to my routine, but I could have done a better job with my eating. I don't think I have lost any this week!
Oh, well, every day os one day closer to goal and one more day that the good habits become part of our lives, right? And if we slip we need to get right back on and get back on track. We CAN do this... Let's make those changes and get to where we want to be!

I did ok. Walked every day but one. weight is still the same. going to go out and walk today also. its cold here but it feels pretty good. this weekend I get my little treat of a small piece of cake or something. I look forward to it because I can only have it if Im good all week. makes me feel better to know Im getting a treat. sounds nuts doesn it.
everyone have a great weekend and weight loss weekend. I know we all usually cheat then. just dont cheat too much.

Hi Sue & Chip!

I did pretty well this week, but am not doing well so far today - let's just say that my dh never did take the fudge to work, so we still have it... Had a couple of pieces already today. But I'm not going to let it mess up my whole day.

I exercised again last night - 2 miles on the treadmill & my 45 minute Firm Body Sculpt video. Overall since Monday, I have lost 2 lbs - but the weekend is coming, so when I weigh in next Monday those 2 might be back! I'm going to try to be good over the weekend, but I do have a party to go to Sat. night and there will be lots of food & alcohol. Guess I'll have to work out extra on Sat & Sun!

I've done pretty good this week. I walked every day and started back with the free weights yesterday! Still waiting for hubby to drag my weight bench out from the corner of the dungeon (LOL) so I can use it! I think he's using it for storage space! Hopefully tonite!

today is pretty awesome! I did yoga/pilates this morning, did a 30 min strenuous stair stepper, then we played at the playground and then we walked for about 2 hrs.

I think I did well on my carb count too. I think. The only thing I can't figure out is that for dinner tonight I had three spicy chicken strips from Popeyes and I stripped the bread off first. I can't figure out the cal count on it. I can't figure out exactly how much calories it is but I figured out I am under as I only ate 650 cal. during the day. Oh well.

I am not on a diet. I am not trying to lose wieght. I am just eating healthy,exercising and enjoying life as best as a college student can. If I end up smaller, well, that is just an added bonus.
