I have been trying to lose weight for a while, although some things (atkins, excersice, xenadrine)have worked in the past nothing seems to be working now. I have been hearing about thermogenic pills and have been told they work on people even if they do nothing else to lose weight. I wanted to know if you think this is true. Who has tried them? Which ones? And most importantly did it work? Also any side effects?
