A Diet I LOST weight on!
Many moons ago I lost a considerable amt of weight on a 1500 ADA Diet.
I ate 3 square meals per day,snacking on Carrot and Celery sticks inbetween if I got hungry,drinking plenty Water and being active.
I measured at every meal and never felt deprived or hungry.I lost way over 100 lbs!!
Now 1500 may or may not be enough for everyone it was for me.The older I get the more I dont like the word Diet.
Guess I feel I can lose weight by cutting down proportions and by moderations. |
