Hi, I am really interested in trying the Atkins Diet. I know you can't post any links here, and it doesn't matter since there wasn't really much I could find in terms of "how to do..." I hear many wonderful things about it so I thought I might give it a try. I would like to, in fact scratch that to... I want to lose about 30lbs.
If someone has a bit of time, I would really appreciate it if you could give me suggestions on what I can eat and what I can not eat and perhaps how I should do this. I have the general understanding that taking out or rather keeping carbs to the minimum, is the key. I hear you should stick to some veggies. Meat, eggs, and cheese are ok. Oh and doing cardio at least 3-5xweek is excellent.
