Blue October- I work out 4-5 times a week. I use the cardio cross trainer. You just make sure what ever exercise you do, that you work up a sweat for 20-30 minutes at least 4 x/week. If you are able to talk easily while working out, you aren't doing enough. However, if you are huffing and puffing and can't talk at all, you are doing too much. My hear rate was around 150-160 while I was exercising. I also do mild weight training on my total trainer (like the total gym) at home. But if you can't afford all of this, you can just get up and work up with Denise Austin in the morning if you have cable. She is on 5 days a week, so there is no excuse
