Long, Cliquey "weightloss goals" may not be posted.
Do not start threads specifically for "Weight Loss Goals". This includes "diaries" or any other name for it.

Do not try to get a following.

Instead, respond to members individually and personally.

Ignoring moderator instructions can get you banned.

Do not start followings based on any specific product or weight loss program. It may be deemed to be advertising with the subsequent consequence.

Post your own New Thread for your own health issues, answer the one that started the thread and do not add your issues to others' threads.
