I've been doing The Firm workout since the first tape came out, probably about 12 years now. I'm 38, and can honestly say that guys still check out my butt! It is the only workout program that hasn't bored me to tears. Only proper eating helps you lose a lot weight, but it definately helps with toning and muscle retention. If you are not currently exercising, you will notice a difference in 10 workouts.
