Hi everyone: I have been gone for a month for sure, but I am hoping to hear some good news from the CLA people?? Updates everyone??

I just starting using CLA about a week ago and my clothes are feeling looser. I don't own a scale so I can't tell you how much I lost.

I had posted a question, with no replies, what is the best way to take it? Some people say one with b/l/d others say before bed? Any suggestions?

haven't lost a thing. but i don't know that i got the right brand. it said "tonalin" but it didn't look like the bottle you guys described. (i also haven't been very consistent on them - because you have to take them so often, i never remember!)

I lost my 40lbs using the Tonalin brand of CLA. I took them failthfully every day breakfast/supper and bedtime. If I have eaten a fatty meal for supper(which I try not to!) I will take 2 capsules before bed.

Try to boost your metabolism by jump starting it--eat really low fat for a few weeks while doing an exercise routine of sorts. I do toning exercises every day. Back when I started I did the routine twice a day. I have completely changed my way of eating and absolutely find the time to exercise no matter what. My whole routine is only about 20 mins and I do it while watching tv. I try to do it every night around 6:30. I set that time aside and stick to it the best I can.

For the first month I ate a lot of veggie soup and ate a lot of cooked veggies. Once the weight started to come off I knew it was working and I kept it up. I lost the 40lbs in about 5 months. I have kept it off now for almost a year. I am not deprived of foods, I still have a bag or doritos every now and then (a big bag!) and eat at McDs every now and then, but most of the time I eat low fat.

I cut out coffee when I started (this was my motivation afte seeing a Dr. talk about how cutting out coffee will help you lose weight and had some stats.) He was right and I have never looked back. For me I added that yummy creamer to my 6 cups per day and that stuff is pure fat! Now I drink only tea and at most 2 cups a day.

I believe in CLA 100%. I think it does exactly what it says it will do.
