I dont know if this is the proper name, it was givin to me years ago by a friend. Im just wondering how good this thing works. Its my daily (6 days a week) cardio workout, 1 hour a day. Its toning my legs and arms, but is it gonna help burn fat, especially in the belly region?
I use mine every single day! I cannot even come close to an hour on it though--I ski for a mile every day (about 12 mins.) I had lost the majority of my weight before started using the Nordic Trak but I started in January of this year to see if I could speed things up. It sure did! I got very lean in a short time. I am at my goal weight, but I still use it as part of my daily workout.
I have one, and I've used it off/on for years. Right now my workout of choice is on my treadmill and my exercise bike along with a few toning tapes. The NT, if you enjoy doing it enough to stick to it, will most definitely help burn calories. Anything that works you out aerobically is going to help.
I used to do mine for about 30 minutes. I found it a little too "boring" to be on any longer. That's just me, though.
