| Okay so i am finally ready to start
Hey everyone,
I finally got my power 90 program in the mail but I got very sick with the flu and then bronchitis so I was not able to start it right away, I was sick for over a month. I am finally doing better and able to breath again. I will be starting the program this coming monday that way I can have Sunday's as my rest day, because I have a lot to do on Sundays. Any prep tips for this intense workout would be greatly appreciated. I am so excited to start this journey I can hardly wait but I have to be completely better first, so monday is a good day. Anyways Thank you for any support or advice ahead of time. Oh yeah also do any of you know of any good healthy cookbooks that have quick and easy recipes in them. I need to purchase one.
