Cortislim - What dosage? - Weight Loss Message Board

Sorry if this has been asked before...

If you're using cortislim (for weightloss) did you take the regular dosage of one at breakfast & lunch or did you take the advanced dosage? Thanks!

No longer use but when i did i started with the regular dosage then increased to advanced. Did not see a difference (that's why i don't take it anymore!). One of the things that you may have to do while using this is exercise which I did not do. I ate well. If you do try this product, exercise, maybe it needs the extra energy to really work for anyone!

Just an FYI- if you look on the Obesity board- there is a thread there about this product- seems like it is not effective, no matter how much you take- and people have been scammed by the company- who offers a "money back guarantee"

Just some information to think about.
