I posted the three day diet. Below is my response to the first person that was looking for it. Alot of people don't like it because if you don't make some adjustments to your habits you will gain the weight back. But isn't that how we all got here in the first place?
Here is the three day diet. I have followed this diet myself. Losing 7lbs. the first time, 5lbs. the second and finally 12lbs. The only problem is you will gain the wieght back fast if you don't excercise or follow a healthy eating plan. So I excercise on the days that I'm not following the diet, because you don't get enough to make energy. Also, it would be really hard to start excercising and dieting on the same day or week, if your not used to doing either. Good luck! Let me know about your progress.
