Slim Fast!!!!
So, I must toot my own horn. For once in my life I have stuck to a diet and have actually been doing quite well...to the point that I actually WANT to keep on going. Anywho, I started Slim Fast about three weeks ago at 162lbs...well, I weighed myself today at the gym, and yes, yes, I now weigh 153lbs! Only one more pound until my ten pound goal, then I must concentrate on keeping this stamina and reaching my twenty pound goal. I feel great! I'm never hungry either!
I usually have a bar for breakfast, a snack bar for a snack, another meal bar for lunch, then a yogurt for snack, then either a turkey sandwich (when I have work) or whatever my mom makes for dinner when I'm home, followed by a slim-fast ice cream sandwich or a bag of 94% fat-free popcorn later that night. I try not to eat past eight o'clock though. And variously through out the day I eat carrots, or treat myself to two cookies. Also, I do cardio three days a week, weights twice a week, then yoga on the weekend. My god, I am so enthused! I have a gift certificate to Aeropostale but I'm not going to use it until I reach my goal! It's going to feel so good not to buy size 11-12's. Woohoo
So, if you have the extra money (I worked it into my budget), then I definitely suggest using this product. Also, they have a website where you can chit-chat with people and help one another out, and I have a "humiliation blog" that I like to write in because it shows people the struggles that I've had with loosing weight. Plus, if I gain it back, then I feel like I'm letting those who read it everyday, down. So I keep going for myself, and to inspire others. (removed)
