hi, im 19 male, i weighed 230 pounds like a a month and half ago i guess, havnt kept track at all...lost 25 pounds though since then and im continueing to lose...ive been lifting weights a tiny bit and going to the gym and ding cardio like 3 times or week or so i think...mostly just been not eating as much and eating like soup, cereal, cheese, fruit, water, and pasta somtimes alot, somtimes eggs also. thats pretty much all i eat..i was wondering if this is ok for a diet and how i could lose inches faster maybe, i want to get down to 170 by the summer...currently at 205 is this possible? thx
