Even if we believe the hype about trimspa, and there is no reason to, it does not claim to help deter binge eating.
And, NO weight loss plan--diet, exercise, medicine, all three combined, whatever--will keep you slim after the initial weight loss. Only a change in lifestyle--food discipline AND exercise AND a new mental attitude--will keep weight off for a longer period.
As you probably have heard, losing weight slows the metabolism, so we need exercise and MORE discipline over our eating as we get slimmer. It's not lose the pounds, then relax. Just the opposite.
sorry if this seems like annoying news. It's why, though, so many people fail at this. They are not ready to make a life shift.
You are young enough to do so NOW. Worth doing. If you can, you won't need trimspa. If you can't, even after losing a few pounds with trimspa or otherwise, they may come back.
And like that.
