Basically it is a reduction calorie diet, i think like 3/4 cup is like 100 calories with 0 or .5 of fat, and with skim milk, there's not much calorie increase. Probably with the 2 meals of cereal, your looking at maybe 350-400 calories. That's just a guess by all means, so with a regular meal, your total daily consumption would be around 1000 calories. That's my guess, but yes, i've read where it is just a a reduction calorie diet. But special k i think doesn't have any fiber, so therefore it wouldn't leave you full. Maybe you can replace it with a high fiber cereal, such as Fiber One, (80 calories 1/2 cup) or even Kashi, both are which low sugar/high fiber.
