[B]Konjac Root also knownas Glucomonnan is reported to cut appetite because it swells in the stomach after it is exposed to liquid. Does anyone have weight loss experience with this Japanese herb?

Experience? Yes. Weightloss? Not really. This is an ingredient in TrimSpa. DOES make you feel full. But after extended use I have found crazings exceed actual "hunger" pangs sometimes.

I tried this in the diet supplement "Propolene" and I noticed no real results. Anyone could get just as full drinking the 12 oz. of water they recommend taking the pills with.

I alo have tried and no wieght loss noted. but am having night anxity attacks after 2 week use
