I want to lose a stone I have everything planned the only area I am unsure is about is toast in the mornings! Should I be eating toast? If toast is ok does maragarine matter? I make my toast under the grill not a toaster does the way I let the toast burn contribute? e.g. less burnt leaves a more margarine taste - more burnt leaves less laste of margarine. Any help would be highly appreciated!
