Salad Dressing - what kind on South Beach? - Weight Loss Message Board

Hi All!

I know that people following Atkins can use ranch dressing, but what about doing South Beach?

I am on day 3 and wonder...what kind of dressing for salad?

Walden farms make awesome no carb no fat dressings..............you can find them about anywhere now. Try to google them first to check them out.
They have no calories. I LOVE the oriental and the creamy bacon.

I like to use olive oil & lemon juice or olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

Thanks everyone.

I found a great Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing by
Walden Grove Farms. It only has about 2 grams of carbs, so I guess that's not too bad.

I also bought some Carb Control Country French.

I just needed a break from vinegar and lemon!

Day 4 of my South Beach.....I hope I can stick with this one!
