Has anyone out there found a really good fat blocker that works well. Any info is appreciated. Success info also appreciated

I saw a program how different ones work (and don't work), do you have a particular one in mind? The thing i always try to remember is that even weight loss drugs a doctor prescribes only results in a net weight loss of about 15-20 lbs over six months, so anyone that makes a claim over and above that must be stretching the truth.

Over the counter or prescribed ones? I have heard the over the counter ones don't work well and the prescribed ones cause a very upset stomach. JMO
