as others have said "break those meals up". If you don't give your body food, it thinks that you are going to starve it and it starts holding onto the food that you feed it. So, you don't love weight.
Water is good, flushes out the toxins.
Exercise is good but if you do the same one each day, ride your bike, your body gets used to it. Mix is other exercises.
No one ever got fat from eating a diet of fruits and veggies!
Mix in brown rice as anther fiber. And, you can eat buckets of broccoli and not get fat. If you are hungry between meals, it is a great staple.
Make sure that you are getting all of your nutrients. Take a multi or eat a bowl of Total each day.
