Are the sugars found in protein bars, energy bars and certain snack bars (like oatmeal bars) ok to eat even though im trying to lose fat?
I eat an oatmeal bar and a protein bar which combined has like 29 grams of sugar. I have 12% body fat and i weigh 131lb I want to get down to 8 or 9% body fat. I dont mind gaining muscle weight but i definitley want to lose fat weight. I just want to know if those sugars are ok and how much can i eat with out gaining fat?
