Hi! I have the same problem. I get so discouraged because my legs are the biggest part on my body. I am 25, 5'4", and weigh 115 lbs. I have tried walking/running/aerobic workouts, and everything that I do makes me feel almost like I'm swollen. My legs feel really tight and full, and on top of that, all the excercise makes me feel starved because I'm burning more calories and using more energy, so I end up eating more than I would if I sat there and did nothing. I have tried a few appetite suppressants, but nothing seems to make any difference in my appetite. I'm really stumped...have you tried any supplements that have helped. Do you think the green tea supplements would help me???
